Once you purchase the CloudBypass API Points Package or CloudBypass IP Proxy Package, you are deemed to have complied with our payment rules. Any other form of refund application will be deemed invalid.
Since the services provided by CloudBypass products do not involve physical transportation, there is no issue of return shipping costs. Therefore, CloudBypass packages purchased with any form of Stripe (Alipay) or virtual currency payment cannot be refunded in any form.
